- organization of the introduction of open educational resources into the educational process, ensuring effective mastering of disciplines in all areas of university education.

- improving the quality of the University's financial management, and meeting the University's financial management quality indicators;
- implementation and development of personnel and financial policies in accordance with the University's strategy;
- improvement of payment and incentive mechanisms.

Organizes and controls work on the following issues:
- development and implementation of a digital transformation strategy;
- ensuring information security and a reliable information and technical infrastructure to support all university processes;
- organization of work with applicants and students: improving the efficiency of admission and sales of educational services using digital tools and data analysis;
- resource management: planning and authorizing budget expenditures.

- implementation of youth policy and educational work.
Vice-Rector for Integrated Security
Organizes and controls work on the following issues:
- strengthening the University's integrated security;
- coordination of efforts to identify and eliminate factors that contribute to the emergence and spread of terrorist and extremist ideologies;
- ensuring the implementation of anti-epidemic measures in case of a threat of spreading infectious diseases among University employees and students.
