Students of Vladivostok State University took part in the Youth Day of the 2026 Eastern Economic Forum. More than 20 activists attended project workshops, presented their ideas, and networked with industry leaders.
As part of the intensive program, the delegation, led by staff from the Department of Youth Policy, visited panel discussions, educational sessions, and meetings with experts. Students discussed the development prospects of the Far East, opportunities for youth projects, and career paths in the region's key industries.
According to VVSU student Elizaveta Trubchanina, the session "Business Under the Microscope" was one of the most valuable tracks at this Eastern Economic Forum. She noted that a live case study review showed the real picture of entrepreneurship in the region without embellishment or empty praise. The student emphasized that observing participants highlight each other's weaknesses and defend their points of view looked like a ready-made guide to action from the audience. In her opinion, it is such honest formats that bring regional business to a new level.
Participation in the forum allowed VVSU students to expand their professional knowledge, familiarize themselves with current trends, and outline new directions for research and project work within their home university.
