Faculty aims at providing language support to foreign students, post-graduates, and teachers, who arrive to the university and need knowledge of Russian to accomplish their objectives.

Basic activities of the faculty include:

• providing language training to students, post-graduates, who wish to enter the university in order to get higher education or to improve professional qualification;

• providing language training / support to foreign students and post-graduates during their study at the university;

• providing language training / support to foreign teachers and foreigners who arrive to the university to carry out long-term projects;

• working out courses on the Russian language for a wide range of foreigners who arrive to the Russian Federation and wish to learn Russian;

• testing foreigners on knowledge of Russian who wish to get State Certificate on the Russian language;

• testing knowledge of Russian of foreigners and people without residence who wish to obtain Russian residence.
